What outbound teams ask before they sign up.
How long does warmup take before I can send my first campaign?
A new account is ready for low-volume sending (50–100 messages/day) within 48 hours of connecting. Full ramp to several hundred messages per account per day takes 7–14 days. You can connect any number of accounts in parallel, so the practical answer for most teams is: connect 10 accounts on day 1, send your first campaign on day 3, hit full volume by week 2.
What's the realistic ban risk?
Across the platform, our warmed-up accounts have a 99.8% safety record. The 0.2% almost always comes from teams that disable warmup, send identical messages without variants, or push past the auto-throttle warnings. Follow the defaults and you'll send for years from the same numbers.
How many messages per account, per day?
After full warmup, a healthy account sends 300–500 messages/day comfortably. With 10 accounts that's 3,000–5,000/day. With 50 accounts, 15,000–25,000/day. There's no platform cap — your cap is your fleet size.
Which countries are supported?
Anywhere WhatsApp works. We have customers sending in the US, Brazil, Mexico, Spain, Portugal, Germany, the UK, India, the UAE, and Southeast Asia. Local SIM and a dedicated number are recommended per region for best deliverability.
Do I need to buy SIM cards?
You provide the numbers (SIMs or virtual). Lalexi connects them — we don't sell numbers, because account ownership matters. We can recommend providers in any market.
Can I use the WhatsApp Business API alongside this?
Yes. Many customers use WA Business API for the post-conversion 24-hour transactional window and Lalexi for the cold first-touch outreach. They serve different jobs.
What about replies?
All replies land in the unified Lalexi inbox. Assign them to reps, route them by tag, or pipe them into your CRM via webhook. Replies feel like 1-to-1 conversations because they are.
What about opt-outs?
